SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms cover the text messages NumberAlive sends to you about your account and our services.
1. Program description
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on numberalive.com or in your NumberAlive account, you agree to receive text messages from NumberAlive at the number provided.
Messages may include account notifications, service updates, customer care messages, promotional offers, marketing communications and other information about products and services offered by NumberAlive.
2. Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
3. How to opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from NumberAlive. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. After you send a STOP request, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further texts from us unless you opt in again.
4. How to get help
For assistance, reply HELP to any text message from NumberAlive, or email [email protected].
5. Your number
You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you have authority to consent to text messages at that number. If you change or give up that number, opt out first or tell us so we stop texting it.
6. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes and contact
NumberAlive may change these SMS Terms or end its text messaging program at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
