Your Privacy Choices

This page explains the choices you have over personal information NumberAlive holds, and how to make a request. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. We do not sell or share your information
NumberAlive does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We run no advertising or analytics scripts, so there is nothing on our site to opt out of. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request, which already matches how we operate.
2. Your rights
Depending on where you live, and subject to legal exceptions, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy;
- correct personal information that is inaccurate;
- delete personal information we hold about you;
- give you your information in a portable format.
We will not treat you differently for making a request.
3. How to make a request
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or the address we know you by, and tell us what you would like us to do. Customers can also update their name and password and delete lists in their account settings at any time.
We may ask for information to confirm your identity before we act. An authorized agent may make a request for you where the law allows and may be asked for proof of authority. We respond within the time the law allows, generally 45 days. If we decline a request, we will explain why and how to appeal.
4. If your number is in a customer list
Businesses use NumberAlive to check phone numbers in their own lists. For that information, the business decides how it is used, and we act on its behalf. To stop a business from calling or texting you, or to exercise rights over how it uses your number, contact that business directly. If you are not sure which business it is, email [email protected] and we will help pass your request to our customer.
