Cookie Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies NumberAlive ("NumberAlive," "we," "us" or "our") sets on numberalive.com and in your account, what each one is for, and how to control them.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small piece of data a website stores in your browser so it can recognize that browser between page loads. Cookies set by the site you are visiting are first-party. Cookies set by other companies through that site are third-party.
2. What we set
These are the only cookies NumberAlive sets. We set no advertising or analytics cookies, and we store nothing in your browser's local or session storage.
- na_session. Keeps you signed in and keeps our forms working. It holds a random identifier and no personal information. Before you sign in it lasts until you close the browser. Once you sign in it lasts 12 hours, or 14 days if you choose to stay signed in.
- na_theme. Remembers whether you chose the light, dark or system theme in your account. It lasts one year.
3. Other companies on our pages
- Cloudflare. Sits in front of our website to deliver it and protect it from abuse, and may set security cookies for those purposes.
- Stripe. When you buy credits or save a card, you are sent to a page hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
We allow no advertising networks or tracking scripts on our pages.
4. Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking na_session stops you from signing in and from submitting forms; the public pages keep working. Blocking na_theme only means your theme choice is not remembered.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add or change a cookie, we will update this page and the effective date above.
